PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We sell fresh fruits and vegetables and other products available through our online store.

All products are subject to availability. Fresh produce may naturally vary slightly in size, weight, color and appearance. Product images are provided for general illustration and may not exactly represent the final product.

PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Prices may change due to market conditions, supplier prices and product availability. The applicable price shown at the time the order is placed will apply, subject to any final adjustment required for products sold by actual weight.

ORDERING

Customers may place orders through our website.

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, an incorrect price has been displayed, payment cannot be processed, or other circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

For fresh products sold by actual weight, the final quantity and price may vary slightly from the estimated amount shown when the order is placed. Where applicable, the final amount will be confirmed after accurate weighing before delivery.

DELIVERY

MJ Foodstuff provides delivery services across the United Arab Emirates.

Dubai deliveries are available every day according to our available delivery schedule.

Delivery time slots may include:

Morning: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Night: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Orders should be placed before the applicable cut-off time shown on the website.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, product availability, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Free delivery may apply to qualifying orders according to the delivery conditions displayed on our website.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

We may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp or email regarding order confirmation, delivery arrangements, product availability, payment or other matters related to their order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because fresh fruits and vegetables are perishable products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

If a customer receives a damaged, spoiled, unsafe or incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and relevant order information.

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, particularly for fresh and perishable products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MJ Foodstuff will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and fulfill accepted orders.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, public holidays, supplier issues, product shortages or other unforeseen circumstances.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations or applicable requirements.
