Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Fresh fruits and vegetables are perishable products. Due to the nature of fresh produce, returns and refunds are accepted only in the following situations:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The product is spoiled or not fresh upon delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product does not match the product ordered.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and the issue. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product is eligible for a refund or replacement.

If the issue is approved, we may provide a replacement product or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

After 1 hour, cancellation may not be possible because fresh products may already have been prepared, packed, purchased, or scheduled for delivery.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, products cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer has changed their mind after delivery.
